Ditec FACIL Automatic Swing Gate Systems

Ditec FACIL is a compact and versatile articulated arm operator for swing gates up to 2.3 m wide or 300 kg. It’s ideal for residential or light commercial properties with vertical posts, even if slightly out of alignment.

The 24V DC motor with virtual encoder allows for smooth, responsive motion and obstacle detection. A durable ABS casing ensures weather resistance, while the built-in control panel simplifies both installation and ongoing maintenance.

In the event of a power failure, a manual key-operated release is front-mounted for easy access. Optional features include remote release via the DEB 04 cord device, adjustable mechanical stops, and support for limit switches for visual signals or stop points.

Ditec FACIL features a built-in electronic panel which can easily be removed, leading to obvious advantages during the installation stage as well as when performing any maintenance on the automation.

KINGgates Modus Automatic Swing Gates

KINGgates Modus is a powerful automation system for swing gates with leaves up to 4.2 m or 500 kg. Its patented mechanics and brushless motor technology ensure reliable, sustainable operation and are ideal for both residential and commercial installations. The 24V motor allows intensive use, while the slim 165 mm body makes it suitable for tight spaces.

Modus is available in two motor versions and multiple arm options, including sliding and rotating arms to suit all gate types. With a four-stage stainless steel gearbox, high-performance synthetic lubricant, and a solid aluminium structure, this gate operator is built for long-term durability and operation in all weather conditions.

STARG8 control units simplify installation and maintenance, offering fully app-based setup and fast configuration. The new MODUS XL transmission provides enhanced resistance and power for even more demanding swing gate installations.
