The following is a full summary of the show which aired on RTÉ Radio 1: Breda told us about receiving a fine after a Dunnes store receipt for 5 euro was found with her dunnes store card details on it and the lengths she went to prove her innocence to the council. Gary Davis of Data Protection told us how the council can approach the store to get the persons details from their store card. Stephen Tyrell of TEC Security Services the company the county councils employ to monitor bottle banks told us what his job entailed, how they go through CCTV footage and get the registration numbers of the offending people. Chris and Paul who were in prison for not paying litter fines came on to discuss their situation with him. Tony Williams, solicitor, filled us in the new Fines Act which is in the process of being enacted. Michelle told us about the invisible senator, she got a sorry I missed you card from Senator Brendan Ryan, she was there all day, so didn't miss him. The senator came on to explain the mix up, it was the wrong note that was put in the door. Friends and family of Chris came on to say how traumatic the whole incident of Chris going to prison had been especially on his son who had left the plastic bag behind
